I am an Indian, at the moment in USA. My visa ,which was issued at India, expires on October,4th of this year. I need to stay in USA until December. My I-94 permits me to stay here till the middle of September .I-94 will not be extended without a valid visa Do I have to go back to India for the Visa or is it possible here itself?

My sister got into usa with immigrant visa, more then month she hasn’t got her green card .How long it takes to get the green card after entering usa?

It seems that companies that directly or indirectly provide services to the US government are required to have employees that are all US citizens. Why? What if you some person is the next Novel Prize but has another nationality? Is this person eligible to work in technology companies the USA?
