genntri asked:

I mean Specific Quotable Law on the books
that when not driving or caught in a crime or anything that you are required to have official verifiable ID of who you are?

Is it actually specifically no longer legal to just be a human being born from a women?
Is it legally required that you actually become registered in the USA?
Turtle is LEGAL does that include being present by virtue of being born into this USA? (note question specifics)
You understand the question DeCiMaL
I really want to know where this is required under actual law to be ID’d.
Perhaps only those out there in the real world can comprehend the question?

I think you are referring to either a Martial Law scenario, or someone gave you the CliffNotes to “1984.”

Unless you are stopped by law enforcement for a reason, suspected crime or witness, for instance, then you are not required to identify yourself. Yes, if you have not “registered” yourself as being present within the borders of the US, you are an illegal alien that is breaking the law, and subject to arrest and deportation. [who]

I’d like to know the answer to this too.

I can be stopped on my way to the music store by “bike cops” for just walking. I wasn’t even doing anything. Just walking, about to go to the music store.

They did treat me like sh** too. And once they gave my ID back they said “Be careful” WTF? I wasn’t doing anything, just walking. You be careful not to lose your balance, bikey! [who]
