What sites are good for watching tv shows online from outside the USA?

I want to watch the office season 5, but hulu won’t work for me, seeing as I’m outside the USA. All I can find are sites which make you download add-ons before you can watch the video, which I don’t particularly want to do.

Does anyone have any ideas?

    Although you said that you don’t really want to download anything, there are some really good downloadable internet TV programs out there. The best thing is to do some research and read some reviews before choosing a program to buy. This way you can make sure that you are buying a program that will be free of adware, spyware, etc.
