What type of USA work visa should I apply I got a job in one photo studio as a photographer?

I was working for Carnival Cruise Lines as a photographer and I have tourist visa for USA, while on vacation I’ve showed my work in one of the studios i NY and owner wants to give me a job. So i really don’t know can I apply for H1B or some other type of visa. Any suggestions are highly appreciated. Thank you.

You can’t apply for any type of work visa. Work visas can only be applied for by the EMPLOYER, not the job applicant.
